Our liquidation services are led by Clive Le Marquand, who has over 20 years of experience in providing these services to multiple Jersey businesses.
We are able to arrange liquidations for solvent or insolvent companies, by appointment of the directors, creditors or the Royal Court of Jersey.
We have extensive experience in assisting companies and stakeholders with pre-appointment to dissolution, working closely and pragmatically with all relevant stakeholders and interested parties.
Utilising the breadth and strength of our expertise of our teams across our company secretarial, tax and accounts service lines combine to offer liquidation services.
In addition, La Ville is able to provide Nominated Person services; and assistance with annual returns to the Land Registry’s Register of Overseas Entities.
