Our corporate social responsibility extends to supporting our staff, the environment and the community in which we live and work.

We’re committed to providing our staff with flexibility and a good work/life balance. We prioritise family time through our part-time or home-based working options and our long maternity and paternity policies.

Our office is beautifully located in the center of St.Helier, Jersey and we’re proud to support the environment through various green initiatives.

We’ve operated a paperless office for over ten years and correspond electronically wherever possible. In fact, we no longer send clients paper accounts or letters unless requested to do so.

To reduce the number of road miles we incur we have bicycle parking facilities at the office, take digital copies of our client’s records and encourage our clients to use cloud services wherever possible.

We’re also committed to becoming a carbon neutral office, and have invested in impactful carbon reduction projects to offset our office omissions for life. 

We have conducted a ESG materiality assessment in line with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, and are in the process of an all-scope carbon footprint assessment to which we will implement further mitigation strategies throughout our practice. Further, we Chair PKF UK&I’s ESG Group. 

We care deeply about the island community we live in too and we’re involved in various charitable endeavors, providing free and heavily discounted services to local charities and sports clubs. In 2023, we have provided over 200 hours of free accountancy training to local charities.
