PA & Front of House Support Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised and professional individual to join our friendly team. This role is primarily focused on providing PA/secretarial support to two directors, with some occasional front-of-house responsibilities to assist our reception team when required.
Role and Responsibilities would include:
You will provide high-level PA support to two directors, including diary management, document preparation, and client communications. Alongside this, you will occasionally support our reception team – greeting visitors, answering calls, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
The candidate:
- Previous PA/secretarial experience (professional services an advantage)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- IT proficiency, especially Microsoft Office
- A professional, client-focused approach
